Getting Arrested.

Enough about Chicago already! I'm sure all of our readers are sick and tired of hearing about Chicago. Well, don't worry, we're taking a breaking from giving you nothing but Chicago tales. There are a few post to come though.

So last night Cam and I stopped and bought a couple of beers to go. On our way home we were sipping on our road sodas and decided to stop and check out a car that I've had my eyes on for some time. Cam left his in the car, but me, not thinking continued drinking on the side of the road as we checked out the car for sale. It just so happens that right at that time a cop passes by, and I'm sure he saw me holding a brown bottle. He slows down and pulls off the road just up ahead of us. I let Cam know that we're about to get pulled over as soon as we get back on the road. We get into the car, and I drive past the cop. As I do, he pulls out after us, but with a car between us. I kept expecting him to turn his lights on, but never did. Maybe he was just making sure we weren't going to steal the car.

Either way, I was hoping that he was going to pull us over. The reason? We were drinking root beer. I'm very curious as to what the conversation would have been like with the officer.
